It’s no secret that my favorite place to shoot is the canyon. Sammie and Trenton’s Palo Duro Canyon couple shoot was no exception! I am so excited to share these photos with you today.
As an Amarillo portrait photographer, I am always looking for ways to enhance my clients’ photos with the location and lighting. Golden hour in the canyon is one of the best times to shoot and get stunning photos. We took advantage of that lighting during this shoot, and I am so pleased with how the photos turned out. The golden light adds such an incredible look!
Sammie and Trenton traveled all the way from Denver to shoot with me, and I was honored to capture them! I love that the canyon is so versatile we were able to make it look like each outfit was shot in a different location (check out some canyon locations here!). Sammie stuck with mainly black outfits until her final cream-colored dress (here’s a similar one!). They chose some more casual looks, and some that were more formal, and both looked stunning in the canyon.
